“Ragazzi”: 200 mt swimming – 3 km bike (MTB) – 1 km running
Youth A, Youth B, Junior and U23: 300 mt swimming – 4 km bike – 1 km running
Swimming: “Ragazzi” category will have to face the distance of 200 meters both in the individual and in the relay race. The Youth, Junior and U23 categories will have to face the 300 meters distance in both the Italian and the Italian Regions’ Cup races.
“Ragazzi” category will have to tackle 2 laps of 1,5 Km each.
Running: The running track is a 500 m round trip, measuring exactly 1 km.
NB It is guaranteed total closure to traffic for the entire duration of the race.
